The LPN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic patient care. The LPN will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with other healthcare professionals as needed. About the Role The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the Brookside Care Behavioral Health LTC facility.
