Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)and detailedfunctional specifications. Documentproduct flows,transaction lifecycles, andfunding processesfor digital banking or payments systems. Maintain up-to-dateuser stories,acceptance criteria, andbusiness rulesin collaboration with product managers. Technical Collaboration & Delivery Support Act as asenior business analystand primary liaison betweenproduct,engineering, andQAteams. Partner with technical leads to translate business requirements intotechnical design specifications. Work withAPI teams,UI/UX designers, anddata analyststo ensure alignment with product goals. Process & Flow Design Develop detailedprocess maps,data flow diagrams, andsystem interaction flowsusing tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro. Ensure accuracy of transaction journeys from initiation to settlement including allfunding and reconciliation steps. Product & Release Management Participate inbacklog grooming,sprint planning, andUAT coordination. Review QA test cases and validate outcomes against business requirements. Track delivery milestones and ensure high-quality, on-time release execution. Strong expertise inwriting requirements,business process mapping, andtransaction flow documentation. Proven experience working withengineering and product teamsin an Agile environment. Hands-on withJIRA,Confluence,Lucidchart,MS Visio, or similar tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both business and technical. Analytical mindset with attention to detail, structure, and accuracy. Experience 10+ years of relevant experience as aProduct Manager in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance Domain Familiarity withMerchant pay-ins and Payouts, Instructional funding, and embedded finance Exposure toAPIs, microservices, andmodern digital banking platformsis highly desirable. Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
