Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Join to apply for the Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate role at Sam's Club Overview The freezer, cooler and deli stocker supports stocking, merchandising, and customer service in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area. The role helps maintain product availability, safety, sanitation, and orderly displays. This is a part-time position with base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. What you’ll do Maintain safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials where required; following Company standard guidelines; and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation; and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locate merchandise and assist with purchasing decisions; provide Deli products to Members; resolve issues and concerns; and promote the Company's products and services. Follow Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring fans, drains and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management.
