Compensation & Perks Pay Rate: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available. Work Style: Dynamic, supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Elite Cleaning: Partner with your teammate to perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces. Core Tasks: Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, interior windows, and surfaces. Efficiency: Organize and maintain team cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use. Client Care: Communicate professionally with Lakewood area clients to address specific requests and build trust and long‑term relationships. Safety First: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Job Requirements Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right person! Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites across Lakewood and nearby areas. Physical: Ability to lift, push, and carry standard cleaning equipment as needed. Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to work efficiently in a team environment.
