Nashville, TN | Direct Hire | Pay DOE | Remote with In-Person Support as Needed

• Provide executive, personal, household, and estate support to a company co-founder.
• Manage calendars, travel, errands, household logistics, vendors, contractors, and appointments.
• Coordinate home events, catering, deliveries, and other special projects.
• Assist with occasional childcare logistics and day-to-day household needs.
• Anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks with minimal direction.
• Must be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, discreet, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication, judgment, follow-through, and technology skills required.
• Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Estate Manager, or similar experience preferred.
• AI experience for administrative tasks is a plus.
• Primarily remote with in-person support at the home office as needed.
• Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CT preferred; 9:00 AM–5:00 PM acceptable.
• No regular after-hours or on-call expectations.
• Pay dependent on experience
