Pay Rate:  $20.50 per hour
Shift: 1AM-9:30AM
Duration: 1+ year

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.
• Following established operation procedures, work instructions, and maintaining accurate training records.
• Executing the daily production plan, ensuring on-time completion of work orders and adherence to quality standards.
• Training to SOPs, following engineering drawings, and complying with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating when necessary, and recommending quality improvements.
• Cooperating with cross-functional teams to maintain a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining a safe, clean working environment and training new team members as needed.
