Your Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily care needs and routines
• Provide compassionate support and build meaningful connections
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Support a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in MN
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for working with seniors
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
