Build and maintain strong referral networks, strategic partnerships, and market relationships. Identify new opportunities for service expansion, innovative offerings, and cross firm synergies. Represent Aprio internally and externally as a leader committed to firm culture and values. Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the practice area. Lead engagement teams by modeling accountability, collaboration, and advocacy for employee growth. Provide performance oversight, career coaching, and succession planning support.
