Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do Own and Improve the Close Support and enhance month-end and quarter-end close processes Review journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance Drive Systems & Process Transformation Play a key role in ERP/system integration tied to recent acquisitions Improve manual processes and help transition to scalable, automated workflows Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives across accounting Technical Accounting & SEC Exposure Assist with technical accounting research and implementation Contribute to 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings Support accounting for complex or non-standard transactions Partner Across the Business Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Operations, and other stakeholders Provide financial analysis, variance insights, and reporting support Lead & Develop Talent Mentor and support a team of accounting professionals Help elevate team performance and build future leaders Required: Strong accounting foundation (public company or SEC exposure preferred) Experience with month-end close and financial reporting SOX/internal controls experience Advanced Excel skills ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) Proven ability to improve processes or systems Preferred: Experience with acquisitions or international operations Technical accounting exposure Prior leadership or team management experience Why Join Us Public Company Exposure – SEC reporting, SOX, and technical accounting Career Growth – Opportunity to take on expanded leadership responsibilities Transformation Experience – Be part of a major systems and process evolution Industry Leader – Stable, growing company with ongoing acquisitions Complex, Meaningful Work – International operations and high-impact projects Don't miss out on this outstanding opportunity.
