We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. $15 - $15.50 hourly

• Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage
• Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner
• Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
• Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times
• Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests

Guest Services

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features when needed

Valet Services

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle information and keys
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and according to company standards
• Monitor the valet area to ensure safety and organization

Operations Support

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and valet areas
• Assist front desk and concierge teams as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Valet guests cars

• 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
• A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required
• Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
