Position: Senior Software Engineer -- JAVA
Location: Des Moines, IA - Hybrid
Salary: up to $145K + excellent benefits
• Collaborating with the development team to create bespoke software solutions.
• Offering technical leadership on development initiatives.
• Providing mentorship and support to other developers.
• Directly collaborating with business partners to ensure quality solutions.
• Gain expertise in various technologies and applications to act as the SME. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or 8+ years equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
• Proficiency in Java EE, XML, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 11, Bootstrap, Foundation, Typescript, NodeJS.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles, application architecture, and SDLC.
• Familiar with automation tools such Gitlab and experience with Agile methodologies.
