If that sounds like you, let's connect.What You'll DoLead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, turnover and closeout. Own the budget, schedule, contracts, change management and monthly forecasting for your projects. Build strong, trusted relationships with owners, engineers, architects and trade partners. Plan procurement for long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, transformers and cooling units. Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality, phasing and integrated systems testing. Mentor and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers.What You BringSeveral years of senior-level project management with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required). A track record of delivering large, technically complex projects on time and on budget. Deep understanding of MEP coordination, commissioning levels and critical power and cooling systems. Confident, friendly communication with owners, design teams and field leadership.
