About the Role

The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout every stage of their trips journey. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from the initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about trips , hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure trips bookings , including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure a positive travel experience
• Address client questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology, booking systems, and digital communication tools
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences
