Relationship Banker

Fortuna Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team as a Relationship Banker . Banking experience is required. This is a full-time, in-banking-center position. The Relationship Banker will serve as a dependable resource for clients and team members. Deliver exceptional, responsive service to both personal and business clients. Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts accurately and efficiently. Build rapport, understand client needs, and serve as a trusted in-house banking resource. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and recommend appropriate products and services. Generate referrals and contribute to individual and banking center sales and deposit-growth goals. Process transactions and support account maintenance, online banking, debit cards, documentation, and other operational requests. Complete client follow-up and help requests reach a timely, accurate resolution. Maintain strong knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements. Work closely with leadership, relationship partners, and Deposit Operations to provide complete handoffs and a seamless client experience. Coordinate and maintain the bank’s social media accounts, including supporting content scheduling, posting, and routine engagement. Help keep the banking center organized, professional, welcoming, and ready to serve clients. Role Requirements: Previous banking experience required; experience opening and servicing deposit accounts strongly preferred. Demonstrated sales ability and confidence having needs-based financial conversations. Strong client service and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting both personal and business clients. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational accuracy. Self-motivated, driven, dependable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals. Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach. Ability to balance client needs, sales priorities, and operational responsibilities throughout the day.
