Master's Level Clinician/Therapist

Rediscovery is a therapeutic-based group home with a focus on independent living skill building for males between ages 16-21. Youth at Rediscovery are able to safely access the community independently and are able to utilize learned coping mechanisms with the support of our comprehensive team including clinical and direct care staff.


Compensation

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

• YOU will be able to develop your skills in providing treatment and comprehensive assessments for our students through group therapy and individual treatment planning.
• YOU will be able to develop innovative and individualized treatment plans to support our youth as they work toward reaching their clinical and treatment goals.
• YOU will be able to manage a caseload of youth to help them discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more. Your day-to-day work will support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required. We will help you!
• Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
• Clinical Supervision for Licensure provided.
