HR and Payroll Generalist

: Description: Part-Time, 20 Hours per week Monday - Friday- Flexible Based on Candidate Compensation: $18-23 Per Hour Summary/Objective Under general direction from the Human Resources Manager, the HR/Payroll Generalist assists with auditing time management, onboarding new employees, assist with administrative duties such as per diem, payroll, and reports. Assist with benefit questions, enrollment, and auditing. This position requires an extremely detail oriented person with the ability to creatively solve problems, and an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform routine and ad-hoc data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, DocuSign and other company software. Audit and update employee records including sensitive and personally identifiable information. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2-3 years of Equivalent work experience or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn and use new software and technology. Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude.
