NJDHS DDD Product Specialist
The Product Specialist is the expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products. Primary responsibility is to ensure availability and facilitate productive use of a product for Application Teams or end users.
PS 3 - Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: All roles specified in PS 1 & 2 -- Demonstrate expertise in teaching / conveying technical and / or functional courses / concepts. Develop appropriate work programs / budgets and use to effectively schedule tasks / assignments. Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services / products.
Skills:
- MCSD - Highly desired
- Application Development knowledge and experience with MS.Net 4.0 and higher - Required - 5 - Years
- Application Development knowledge and experience with JAVA script and PHP scripting - Desired
- Relational Database knowledge and experience with SQL Server 2012 - Required - 5 - Years
- Knowledge and experience with writing SQL stored procedures - Required - 5 - Years
- Experience with microsoft TFS - Required - 5 - Years
- Experience with Crystal Reports - Desired
- Experience with Microsoft SSRS - Required - 5 - Years
- Knowledge and experience with webconf Configuration - Required - 5 - Years
- Knowledge and experience with developing enterprise business systems - Required - 5 - Years
- Knowledge of various database and non-database access methods - Required - 5 - Years
- Knowledge of job control language and/or utility programs - Highly desired
- Knowledge of Information systems, design concepts and principles of production systems, and work efficiency techniques - Required - 5 - Years
- Knowledge of computer programming design considerations and differences between various programming languages best suited for variious business needs - Required - 5 - Years
- Ability to utilize industry standard IT processes and methods related to software and system design and development methodology including Software Dev - Required
- Mobile Application development experience - Highly desired - 2 - Years
- 4 Yr. Degree from Accredited College or University - Required
- Knowledge of NJ State and Client Pollicy - Desired
- Prior Client Experience - Desired
- Experience with task management documentation systems (I.e. JIRA, basecamp, Redmine) - Highly desired
- Strong Analytical Skills and Understanding - Required
- Strong Skills in Microsoft Productivity Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) - Required
