- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a skilled nursing environment through a 13-week contract placement
- Supportive staffing team dedicated to making your assignment seamless from start to finish
