FJ White Learning Center: Grades TK-2 Castle Rock Elementary: Grades 3-5 Additional 10.5% stipend, $7,071.75 Number of Annual Work Days: 7.5 hours per day/185 days Health Benefit Package as identified in Contract

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience, multiple subject or single subject credential, leadership experience, professional learning and coaching experience preferred. Strong background in the standards progression for grades TK-12 in Mathematics; Willing to work in a collaborative environment with support from staff and administration; Willingness to learn and use new instructional practice; Provide leadership and support for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and instruction programs to support the achievement of students; Help teachers create, plan, and implement curriculum that is relevant to our students; Coordinate the implementation, training, and analysis of local and state testing data for staff; Observe teachers' instructional practice and provide non-evaluative feedback; Support the gathering and analysis of student data to support effective teaching and learning; Work with curriculum and educational technology partners to develop professional learning, strategize, and support programs; Assist site staff in the development and implementation of programmatic goals. Support site staff with vertical articulation and the use of effective schoolwide methods.
