Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of written and verbal communication, capable of assisting with content development, client correspondence, and administrative coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-level communication strategies while growing within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and editing internal and client communications.
Support the coordination of meetings, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized communication records and assist with documentation.
Collaborate with the communications and operations teams to ensure message consistency.
Conduct research and prepare materials for company initiatives and outreach efforts.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience in communications, administration, or coordination is an advantage.
