Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of written and verbal communication, capable of assisting with content development, client correspondence, and administrative coordination. - Assist in drafting and editing internal and client communications.
- Support the coordination of meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized communication records and assist with documentation.
- Collaborate with the communications and operations teams to ensure message consistency.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for company initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in communications, administration, or coordination is an advantage.
