We are seeking professional CDL-A Truck Driving Teams for our rapidly expanding fleet. Due to a major military build-up and upcoming driver retirements, we have a massive, steady influx of high-volume business. We offer an industry-leading $19,000 Retention Bonus paid out over 2 years, an incredibly low turnover rate of less than 5%, and a driver-first culture that respects your privacy.

Schedule & Home Time

• On the Road : Company teams stay out for 3 weeks at a time.
• Home Time : Enjoy a full 1 week off at home after your 3-week run.

Hiring Requirements

• Licensing : Valid Class A CDL.
• Screening : Standard urine drug testing required.
• Background Check : Clean background preferred. No felons allowed regardless of age. Old misdemeanors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if they are very old.
• DOD Clearance : Must be able to clear Department of Defense (DOD) approval. The process takes a few weeks; we fully cover the cost and manage the entire clearance process for you.

Compensation & Pay Scale

We feature a mileage-based pay system paired with an exceptional Weekly Guaranteed Minimum that scales based on your years of experience with Prestera.

Base Mileage Pay Structure

• Loaded Miles : $0.85 / loaded mile + $0.17 / mile per-diem = $1.02 / loaded mile total
• Empty Miles : $0.80 / empty mile
• 600-Mile Minimum "Bump" Pay : If any assigned load is under 600 miles, your team is automatically paid for a full 600 miles.

Equipment & Freight Profile

• Premium Fleet : Late-model Freightliner trucks.
• Amenities : 72" Sleeper, Thermo King APU, and a 2000w Inverter.
• No Cameras : Absolutely no inward or outward-facing cameras out of respect for your privacy and team lifestyle.
• Light Loads : Average freight weight is light—20,000 lbs or less.
• Trailers : Mostly 48 ft dry vans, some 53 ft vans, and flatbeds.
• Routes : No set lanes. We service all 48 states, with heavy freight concentration in the Midwest.
