Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for quality? We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of content experiences, from templates and prompt designs to advanced AI-generated content and emerging AI-powered features. This position sits at the dynamic intersection of content, design, and quality assurance, offering you the chance to validate experiences and ensure content performs flawlessly across diverse customer scenarios. You will be instrumental in identifying issues, driving improvements, and ultimately enhancing the customer journey with every interaction.


Responsibilities

• Content Testing & Quality Assurance
  
  
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for templates, prompt templates, AI-generated content, and other content experiences across various platforms.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across a range of content platforms and AI-powered experiences.
  • Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to design fidelity.
  • Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
• AI Content Evaluation
  
  
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, formatting, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve model and content performance.
• Test Development & Execution
  
  
  • Create and maintain robust test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and execution documentation.
  • Develop repeatable testing approaches for new content experiences and features.
  • Collaborate with content and cross-team stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
• Reporting & Recommendations
  
  
  • Analyze testing results and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous quality improvements.
  • Track testing outcomes and ensure changes are accurately reflected in documentation and content production workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content testing, QA, usability testing, or quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in creating comprehensive test plans and detailed test reporting documentation.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in communicating the outcomes of quality testing work, with a strong focus on content.
• Experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of leading productivity platforms and workflows.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience testing AI-generated content or generative AI experiences.
• Understanding of design principles, content quality, and user experience.
• Experience working with automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with human evaluation methodologies and quality rubrics.
