We are looking for a Support Associate to maintain the organization of products in our service department. This is what you'll do! Move and organize customer units between storage and active service bays. Maintain the store's professional appearance both inside and out. Assist service technician where needed. Work closely with and support sales staff during customer transactions. Here's what you need! Must be at least 18 years old. Valid Driver's License Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to multi‑task Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to ride an ATV/UTV & Motorcycles Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Listen and understand customers' concerns, document problems with motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑side and personal watercraft, and clearly describe them on the repair order. Notify Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified. Upsell additional services by discussing current service specials and any additional work needed. Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness, keeping the customer updated at all times. Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership. Perform additional duties as designated by management as needed. Service Writer One year of Automotive / Motorcycle / Motorsports / Powersports Dealership experience Work well with managers, technicians and customers, as well as other dealer associates Maintain current technical qualification by completing all training programs assigned by Service Manager Attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must Be highly motivated and enthusiastic Proven ability to be punctual, dependable and accept responsibility for your actions Preferred Qualifications: One year's experience as a service writer in the powersports industry (or automotive) Parts Gear And Accessories As a sales team member in the parts and accessories department, you will use your knowledge and helpful personality to ensure the best possible buying experience for our patrons. Team members will maintain sections including cleaning and organizing products to maximize presentation. They will also be responsible for processing new items including proper placement on the showroom floor. Applicants will need a general knowledge of basic computer operations and experience working with a retail point of sale system. Powersports knowledge and sales experience is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
