Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (preferred)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and industry-standard accounting practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (Viewpoint Spectrum experience a plus)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
