As part of our Deployment Solutions team, you'll work with leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies to transform healthcare.What You'll Do:Engage healthcare professionals through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Educate providers and staff on disease states and identify potential patients.Qualify leads and follow up on claims-based alerts.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Communicate disease state education, access information, PEF (Patient Enrollment Form) guidance, and sample request procedures.Coordinate follow-up appointments for field teams.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success.Experience in virtual/inside sales, including educational sessions with HCPs.Strong CRM skills and ability to exceed sales and engagement metrics.Self-motivated, organized, and compliance-focused.Why Syneos Health?Be part of the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions in healthcare.Lead the transformation of the industry.Make a real impact on patient lives.Ready to join a team that's making a difference? Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
