POSITION TITLE Intern - Manufacturing POSITION OVERVIEW This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting real business priorities within Process Improvement. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast‑paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork. This internship is a full‑time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11–12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027 , located at our Live Oak location. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support day-to-day activities and key projects within the Process Improvement Manage a manufacturing related project for results Demonstrate creative thinking by identifying unique approaches to problem solving Communicate effectively one-to-one and one-to-a-group Work effectively with a diverse group of people to implement project improvements QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED Candidates with or working toward a BS Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills. Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
