What You'll Be Doing (aka your daily impact)
- Be the go-to person at the front deskgreeting members, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer calls, route messages, and keep communication moving (no dropped balls here)
- Keep the office running behind the scenesscheduling, scanning, organizing, and supporting the team
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional space
- Support compliance by handling documents carefully and protecting confidential information (HIPAA matters here)
- Assist leadership and clinical staff with day-to-day administrative needs

The Basics
- High School Diploma required (Associate's preferred)
- 1+ year of admin/front desk experience (healthcare = bonus points)
- Comfortable with computers (Google, email, basic systems)
