Schedule: 3x12s + 1x8 (Nights) Shift Times: Sat/Sun/Mon (7P–7A), every other Tue (11P–7A) Setting: Hospital Laboratory Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years required Requirements Certification: Registered Laboratory Technician with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) Licenses/Certifications: Experience: Blood Bank (required) Pediatrics (required) Chemistry (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics) (required) Cerner Millennium & Oracle experience (required) Phlebotomy skills: Preferred but not required What You’ll Do Perform and analyze laboratory tests for blood, tissue, and body fluids Ensure quality control and accurate documentation in compliance with lab standards Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide timely diagnostic information Operate and maintain lab equipment, including Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics analyzers Participate in cross-functional team communication to improve lab processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
