Key Responsibilities Perform exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailed surface cleaning to uphold luxury specifications. Prepare vehicles for dealership display, test drives, and final customer delivery. Inspect vehicles during cleaning for noticeable cosmetic or mechanical issues and report any concerns. Safely move and position vehicles across the dealership lot to ensure organized inventory presentation. Remove window stickers on sold vehicles and ensure proper placement of brand and dealership emblems. Support the sales and service teams to maintain a smooth, efficient daily workflow. Qualifications & Skills License: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset. Physical Capability: Ability to stay active, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and maneuver vehicles safely.
