Client Relationship Analyst

Position Summary Client Relationship Analyst provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) on a daily basis. Through regular interactions with clients you build trusted relationships, leading with a client‑first mindset. Successful candidates have strong interpersonal skills and can assist clients with everyday needs. Duties and Responsibilities Support the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships Execute money movement transactions at client or FA/PWA request Answer general non‑investment related questions about client accounts, relaying stock positions and account balances (e.g., funds due and margin debit) Enter profile information or pre‑fill account documentation on client accounts or documents in a clerical capacity per direction of client or FA/PWA Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g., MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization) Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in a clerical capacity with research relating to investment portfolio holdings, performance reporting, and preparing materials for client meetings using firm‑approved systems Assist with data entry for key client needs such as new account opening and financial planning at the direction of FAs/PWAs/teams Support the FAs/PWAs/teams’ marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance) Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model Remain current on all policies, procedures and new platforms Participate in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and other duties directed by local management Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls (e.g., scheduling follow‑up calls with FAs/PWAs/teams) Manage the calendar, coordinate meetings/events, and maintain agendas, including sending calendar invites with Zoom credentials Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports and manage reimbursement process Assist with general in‑office support functions such as copying, filing and scanning documentation Prepare and submit expense reports for processing at direction of the FA/PWA Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills High School Diploma/Equivalency (College degree preferred) Industry experience is a plus Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills Strong time management skills Team player with ability to collaborate Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Adaptable and able to multi‑task Goal oriented, self‑motivated and results driven Reports To Business Service Officer Equal Employment Opportunity Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversifying its workforce (M/F/Disability/Vet). Compensation and Benefits Expected base pay rates for the role are between $16 and $40.87 per hour at commencement of employment. Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is part of the total compensation package, which may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
