This opportunity seeks a dedicated Per Diem Pharmacist to provide essential vacation coverage at a busy retail pharmacy. The role demands accuracy and efficiency as you will engage in significant data entry and prescription verification duties within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Mansfield, OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Pharmacy hours 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, no lunch closure)
Coverage Dates Needed:

• August 10 to August 14
• September 14 to September 18
• November 25

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data and verify over 200 prescriptions daily using PioneerRx software
• Perform product verification and checking processes to ensure accuracy and safety
• Answer pharmacy phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Receive, check in, and sign for controlled and narcotic drug deliveries
• Collaborate closely with a team of three full-time pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Uphold compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Ohio pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient computer skills and comfortable with high-volume data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
