CONSUMER FINANCE LITIGATION STAFF ATTORNEY (New York) Buchanan currently has an available position at our New York City office for a Staff Attorney who has 3-5 years litigation experience. The position offers the opportunity to work in our fast-paced and collaborative Consumer Finance Litigation group, with a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience, including client contact, court appearances, depositions and active case management. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines. Candidates must be admitted to practice, or eligible to waive into, both New York and New Jersey.
