Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient setting to craft tailored treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
