What You’ll Be Doing: As a Server at RUSH OFF MAIN, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any guest questions.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
