Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to: Personal care (dressing, bathing, changing), exercise & mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, laundry, and grocery shopping. Minimum of 18 years of age Reliable transportation Valid driver's license; clean driving record Car insurance preferred CNA or STNA certification (preferred but not required) 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check and drug screening per company and state standards Ability to attend quarterly training meetings Additional health screenings may be required Compensation: $15.00 per hour Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
