Cavender Auto Country Ford is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who is passionate about helping customers, building lender relationships, and driving dealership profitability.

What You'll Do

As our F&I Manager, you'll guide customers through the financing process while protecting dealership profitability and delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Present finance, warranty, and protection products to customers.
• Secure financing through established lender relationships.
• Structure deals while maximizing profitability and compliance.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Achieve dealership goals for finance product penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives, and compliance regulations.
• Assist customers with warranty and protection plan questions or claims.
• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to create a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dealership F&I experience
• Ford dealership experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ford Experience Preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to build value and close finance products
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
