$125,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various life insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement to expand your client base.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance and investment products.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
• Utilize digital tools and resources to efficiently manage client information and track sales activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring trust and client satisfaction.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate financial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ability to conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Familiarity with industry trends and product updates to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members in achieving sales goals and strategies.
