Position Overview The software development team manager will be promoted to an executive management role in two years. We are hiring a senior Software Engineer who will join the team as an individual contributor and grow into the manager of the department, which currently comprises twelve engineers. Responsibilities Develop control software for robots, robotics, and complex automated equipment. Maintain and enhance existing control systems. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate software with hardware components. Contribute to future roadmap and improve engineering processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong Java programming skills or equivalent proficiency in an object‑oriented 4GL language such as Python, C++, or C#. Direct experience developing controls for robots, robotics, automated machinery, or related equipment. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, positive, and fun environment.
