Whether you are looking for a long-term career or a stable opportunity to get you to your next level, apply today and join the Allegiance team!The general maintenance technician performs routine facility upkeep and minor repair tasks to maintain building condition and appearance.Functional responsibilities:Execute, track, and complete work orders in a timely mannerPerform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to include HVAC, Plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipmentWall patching and paintingDrywall repairCaulking and sealingDoor hardware and door jambCeiling tile replacementMinor carpentryBasic plumbing fixture adjustments (non-licensed scope)Minor electrical fixture replacement (within licensed capability)Supervise external contractors for specialized servicesRoutine building upkeep tasksThis position does not have responsibility for structural repairs, renovations, capital improvements, or code-driven upgrades.Qualifications:Basic experience in facility maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.Proficiency in MEP, system monitoring (BAS)Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.Strong attention to detail, especially regarding safety and equipment operations.Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.Who is Allegiance?Founded in 1988 as a commercial cleaning company, Allegiance Industries has evolved into a diversified, multi-divisional facility services provider.
