Location: Akron, PA 17501

Hours & Pay Rate:

• 1st shift: Mon- Fri, 6am-2:30pm - $17 per hour

• 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 3:30pm–1:00am - $18.70 per hour

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Assemble small, detailed components by carefully following build sheets and drawings

• Work to tight tolerances (.003) to meet exact customer specifications

• Use precision measuring tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers

• Cut wire, trim insulation, crimp terminals, and perform solder dipping when required

• Inspect parts under a microscope to ensure flawless assembly

• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and customer documentation

• Use ERP systems to access part drawings and assembly instructions

• Package finished parts to meet quality and customer standards

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and inspection‑ready

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection experience

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

• Comfort assembling very small parts with close tolerances

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, or similar measuring tools

• Ability to perform repetitive, precision work with consistency

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with microscopes or soldering

• Prior work in electronics, medical devices, aerospace, or precision manufacturing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
