Audit Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
• Customize audit programs based on risk assessments and review audit testing performed by staff
• Prepare and review financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on accounting and auditing matters
• Collaborate with tax professionals to identify financial and tax implications
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
• Mentor, train, and develop staff while providing performance feedback
• Identify process improvements and help drive firm-wide efficiencies

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting experience
• 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing, financial reporting, and GAAP
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
