Digital Asset Manager

Canopee Tech builds end-to-end digital menu board solutions for major QSR chains — software, hardware, and deployment under one roof. We work with Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes, and we're early stage with real client traction. That means the work is visible, the pace is fast, and the opportunity to grow with us is genuine. You'll work inside our custom CMS to configure content, map POS pricing, manage LTO campaigns, and handle light asset retouching in Adobe Creative Suite. You'll split time between our Wynwood office and local client headquarters, working closely with both our team and client marketing contacts. This role is built for someone organized, self-directed, and ready for real ownership in a startup — not a corporate job where decisions take months. What You'll Do Configure and manage digital menu board content within Canopee's custom CMS, including POS price mapping and content variations Manage LTO and campaign asset pipelines from client intake through deployment Perform light asset retouching and edits using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or XD Track content deadlines, flag issues proactively, and support QA before content goes live Coordinate with QSR marketing teams on asset delivery and campaign timelines What We're Looking For 1–2 years in digital content management, marketing operations, or a related field — strong junior candidates encouraged Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once Clear communicator who can work independently and manage client expectations without handholding Comfortable commuting between Miami locations; familiarity with CMS or DAM tools is a plus Why Join Canopee Tech Work with clients like Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes — real brands, real scale, from day one Flexible PTO, negotiable benefits, and fast decision-making — no corporate bureaucracy In-office culture built for mentorship and growth, based in Wynwood #J-18808-Ljbffr
