Diaz Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, energetic, and sales-driven Insurance Producer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, comfortable with sales and prospecting, organized with follow-up, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and other sales opportunities.
• Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to close new business.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of prospects, quotes, and sales activity.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
• Stay knowledgeable about insurance products, underwriting requirements, and industry changes.
• Work closely with the service team to provide a smooth transition from new business to ongoing account management.
• Represent Diaz Insurance Agency professionally in all interactions with clients, carriers, and business partners.

Requirements

• California Property Casualty insurance license preferred. Candidates willing to obtain their license may also be considered.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
