Clinical Instructor Job Type/Hours perWeek Full-Time/40 hours Salary Commensurate with Experience Hiring Department Nursing Location UT Tyler; Longview, Texas Job Summary The School of Nursing at The University of Texas at Tyler invitesapplicants to apply for full-time non-tenure-track, clinicalinstructor faculty positions at salary commensurate withexperience. The 9-month contract includes the option to work insummer as the nursing program is offered year-round. Position isavailable at our Longview campus. Key Responsibilities Primary teaching of on-site nursing courses, conductingclinical experiences for BSN students on the Longview campus Assisting other classroom faculty as needed Mentoring students Participating in School and University Service. Maintain regular on-campus presence. Attend departmental meetings. Required Qualifications Master's degree in nursing, preferably in nursingeducation Clinical experience nursingEligible for Texas licensure BSN teaching experience preferred.
