Job Description
Established roofing company is seeking an experienced Re-roof Sales Manager to lead sales team. This role involves hiring, training, canvassing, and supporting the sales team to meet revenue and new customer acquisition targets. The manager will also assist with closing deals and oversee booking, invoicing, and payment collection. Netsuite is the primary sales software, basic computer skills required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the re-roof sales team
- Recruit and hire new sales team members
- Conduct sales training and coaching
- Coordinate canvassing and lead generation activities
- Assist in closing sales deals
- Support booking, invoicing, and payment collection processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in roofing sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive roofing industry knowledge
- Experience managing small sales teams
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, especially Netsuite
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
