Warehouse Associate/Stand up Forklift Operator

Accentuate Staffing is working with a manufacturer that is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Stand Up Forklift to support its daily operations. This is a 1st shift, temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and quality standards are met
  • Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse, maintaining efficiency and safety throughout all processes
  • Maintain organized inventory by properly labeling, stocking, and tracking materials to ensure easy accessibility
  • Perform routine checks for damaged or expired products and communicate findings to leadership to maintain quality control
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and packaging machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Support general warehouse operations by keeping work areas clean and adhering to company procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with familiarity in inventory handling and order fulfillment
  • Working knowledge of warehouse equipment operation, including stand up forklift, along with general computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office and shipping systems)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills in a team-oriented setting
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements such as bending and reaching
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift certification is a plus
