Warehouse Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Establish and maintain inventory management systems for accurate tracking and control of raw materials and finished goods stock levels. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology and best practices. Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock records. Qualifications Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong multi-tasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Bilingual (Korean) preferred.
