Bilingual (Japanese-English) Administrative Assistant

If it's not broken, don't fix it, improve it. Currently, we are seeking a Bilingual (Japanese-English) Administrative Assistant to become a part of the HIROTEC Team. We are looking for a Full-Time employee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing translations in Japanese and English that focus on various communications (general business writing, routine correspondence, sales reports and automotive/technical content) for HIROTEC AMERICA and other Global HIROTEC Companies. The candidate will also communicate with bi-lingual employees, support expatriates from Japan as they acclimate to the US, provide general administrative support to the Executive Team, assist in travel scheduling and arrangements, and conduct special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following area: Proficient Japanese reading skills for translating Japanese documents into English Intermediate Japanese writing skills for translating English documents into Japanese Intermediate Japanese speaking skills Excellent English reading/writing skills Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and employee relations skills. Exceptional written and/oral communication skills in English and Japanese, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of college-level Japanese courses.
