The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will focus on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress and serving a critical role as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. Join us in this part-time Registered Behavior Technician role with an expected compensation range of $25 to $35 per hour.What we ask of you:Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.CPR/First Aid/AED certification.Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone and be willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.How we partner with you:The team member experience is just as important as the client and family experience, so we provide a culture and environment of CALM for Registered Behavior Technicians.
