On-Site Student Supports Lead for Chicago Schools

Communities In Schools of Chicago is hiring a Student Supports Manager to work on site in CPS schools across the city. You will manage a caseload of about 50 students, focusing on attendance, academics, trauma, and behavioral challenges while leading school-wide programs that strengthen the school community.
